For a second I thought this could be a funny shot at noobs submitting stuff, but upon seeing this is your only submission i deemed it highly unlikely.
Well, you could develop an understanding of the basics of flash. as in motion tweening and general animation could increase in quality with the addition of:
-Voice acting
-Plot
Try again, and do try animating or coding, find something you dont completely suck at.
